The Tactical ADV 2020 is a great all-mountain boot for someone who has mastered the basics of boarding and wants to progress. The mid-flex means that they’re flexible enough for jibbing around and having a more forgiving feel. Whilst being stiff enough to provide response and support on more technical terrain. The shell is articulated which allows the upper and lower sections to move independently, this gives the boot a natural flex and prevents shell distortion. The sole is a highly durable rubber that has a multidirectional tread to give you grip on the snow, ice and your base plate. This sole gives you great traction for walking on the snow and skating along flats.
The liner is heat mouldable to give you a custom fit and the highest level of comfort from your first run of the day, all day. Aside from the liner being versatile, the traditional lace allows you to adjust the fit of the shell to suit your needs. With laces, you can change the pattern and the width of the gaps between each lace to change the pressure points. To keep the heel locked in, the internal ankle harness secures the boot around your foot, thus preventing internal heel lift. The Tactical ADV is fitted with a rubber backstay, this material sticks to the highback of the bindings to prevent slipping.
