The prodigy skis are a true pair of powerful sticks for your feet, the 1.0 have been built for all mountain riding with a freestyle focus. So you can carve it up Monday to Wednesday but when the weather closes in and the park in looking sweet you can take your skis over and have a real play in the park. We aren’t talking swings and roundabouts here, these skis want gnarly rails, giant kickers and badass boxes. The 1.0 are best suited to guys who are intermediate to advanced riders, who want to push their skills and are aiming to hit it with the pros or at least dreaming about it.
The camber 3 profile is on the aggressive side to give you improved edge hold, maximum pop and super quick edge to edge transitions. With a directional twin shape, you have the best of both worlds, a twin tip height means you can spin and ride switch whilst a slightly tapered tail gives you improved downhill performance.
The single wood Poplar core gives the skis consistent flex to dependable performance day after day. Poplar wood is highly stable and gives the skis a snappy feel. Rocker zones at the tips create a surf like feel and increase your float in the powder. The Prodigy 1.0 skis are equipped to last a long time with the combination of a full-strength sidewall and anti-ship micro-cap. The top sheet of the ski is bent around to meet the sidewall, giving your ski extra protection.
