The board is best suited to an intermediate to advanced rider as its highly responsive and has as aggressive edge thanks to camber underfoot. The profile uses as blend of rocker and camber to give you performance across multiple terrain. The rocker in the centre adds lift in powder whilst the camber adds pop for the park and improved edge hold for carving up the groomers. The true twin shape means that the Proto Type Two board is symmetrical from the centre out to the tips and has symmetrical flex. This is great for someone who enjoy riding switch every now and then or feels at home in the park.
The women’s Proto Type Two construction is what brings it to the top of the list for womens all-terrain performance snowboards. The lightweight core is sandwiched between two layers of Bi-Lite fiberglass to add strength to the board without restricting the flex. Carbon laminate at the binding points help to drive power down the board and increase the responsiveness. Added perforated pad at the binding points combined with an RDS dampening system help to reduce vibrations and absorb impact for heavy landings in the park. When your speeding down the slopes with your sintered base, stabilisers underfoot keep the board steady and smooth.
