Meet the AAIDEN by Protest. These great swim shorts are part of our sustainability initiative and are made using recycled polyester. This polyester starts out as disposal PET bottles that are spun into yarn and then woven into the functional fabric that we use to make these shorts. This fabric is not just sustainable but also stretchy and quick drying so that you stay comfortable. No PFC’s were used in the creation of these swim shorts. The fabric is printed with small palm trees, the ultimate symbol of the summer. These shorts are 16 inches, reaching to above the knee. The waistband is elasticated and has a drawstring at closure. There’s an inner slip for some added protection. There are side pockets as well as a back pocket. On the inside of the back pocket, you’ll find an elastic key cord to keep your things secure.
