Stretch, comfort, durability, and just the right amount of tech features to keep you warm without becoming cumbersome. That’s what you get with the women’s 3/2 Comp fullsuit by Xcel, arguably the world’s foremost wetsuit experts.
Easy to put on and take off, lightweight and low-bulk to maximise performance, it’s ideally suited to a competition situation, but you don’t have to be a competitive surfer or even an experienced on to appreciate the clean, uncluttered design principles that govern the Comp series. Features include the Plush Thermo Lite lining, which provides additional insulation and dries rapidly without compromising movement; new Nanoprene Lite for improved flex; and an engineered fit for superior comfort and warmth.
The glued and blindstitched seams mean the stitching only pierces one side of the neoprene, resulting in a more secure and stretchier seal; taping provides crucial reinforcement at high-stress points. Meanwhile the nylon “Glideskin” collar will reduce chafing and flushing through the neck. As for the “graphite and pistachio” colour scheme – part HB pencil, part ice cream – we’re big fans.
